Transparent Authenticity
Sarah's Bio: If you are ready to make changes in your life, there is help. I enjoy working with motivated clients toward healing and wholeness. I believe that therapy is very much a team effort, requiring input from client and clinician alike. I also believe that removing the "smoke and mirrors" from therapy is especially helpful and I work to make the process as transparent as possible. Therapy is an incredible, life-changing process and it requires participation. It is likely that you already possess your own answers. Let's find them together.
I specialize in working with clients who identify as LGBTQ+ and have been actively working in this population over the past few years. I also specialize in grief care and counseling, and have recently begun focused care in the healing of trauma informed by somatic (i.e., body-based) approaches. I utilize a humanistic approach to my work along with other integrative therapies.
Therapy can be a transformative experience. I look to honor this journey in authentic and meaningful ways. I invite you to sojourn with me through life's difficult moments and we will celebrate when these difficulties have been overcome. There is hope. Ever onward; ever upward. Be well.
Abby's Bio: Life can feel like too much for one person to carry sometimes. My job is to help you carry whatever is getting too heavy and offer support through an affirmative therapy lens. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ population and confident in providing services that relate specifically to uplifting trans folks and the care needed to make steps towards medical/social transition. I am currently working towards AASECT certification to become a certified sex therapist, while maintaining my LPCC and MFT licensures. In my free time, I enjoy live music, strolling through the Short North, and spending time with my family. If you feel like we would be a good fit, please reach out and let’s begin your healing journey.
Madeline's Bio: My mission in life is to serve others. I have been an elementary school educator since 2010. While my background is in education (Go Flyers!) I really enjoy working with others to help things run smoothly. In my free time I enjoy kayaking, swimming, watching Netflix with my dogs, and baking.
